My background includes work with trauma and C-PTSD, somatic work, family systems and human development through the lifespan. I tend to emphasize depth work in order to identify underlying patterns that lead to my clients' pain and distress. Together, through experiential exploring, we can begin to heal those patterns and rewrite our scripts in order to achieve our highest potential for joy and living.
