Working Together

What is getting in the way of your joy, peace, and happiness?

Reaching out for help is a powerful first step in personal growth and change. In therapy, we can identify and build upon your inner resources of strength and self-knowing to tailor a therapeutic process that feels right for you. Each person is very unique and brings a one-of-a-kind set of experiences, beliefs, and worldview.

My background includes work with trauma and C-PTSD, somatic work (looking at the connection between body and mind), family systems and human development through the lifespan. I also have an extensive background in parent coaching and working with young children. I tend to emphasize depth work in order to identify thought and behavior patterns that lead to my clients' pain and distress. I also like to look at how early relationships in infancy and childhood write the blueprint for how we see ourselves in the world. Together, through the process of therapy that is tailored to you, we will address the things that feel relevant to your growth and healing.
